Root Chakra Limiting Beliefs Inquiry

Let’s explore the limiting beliefs in your conscious and/or subconscious mind. The handout provides you with a list of 50 limiting beliefs, however, you can use this process to verify any beliefs you suspect of holding at the conscious and/or subconscious level. When looking for beliefs, be clear with yourself that you are also searching for any variation or similar thought content of those beliefs.

 

Limiting Beliefs Inquiry

  1. To what degree on a 0 to 10 scale (with 10 meaning the completely and only factor and 0 meaning not a factor at all) are limiting beliefs negatively affecting the overall level of health and function of my Root Chakra?
  2. Do I hold any of the limiting beliefs listed in the Root Chakra handout or any variation of these beliefs? Yes-No scale
    • If yes, ask which belief from the list. Then ask if there is another one until you have a list of all beliefs) 1-50 scale
  3. To what degree is that belief negatively affecting my life and overall well-being on a 0-10 scale with 10 being the worst? 0-10 scale scale
  4. How many layers of this belief am I holding? 1-50 scale
  5. Am I holding inherited layers of this belief? Yes-No scale. How many layers? 1-50 scale
  6. Which method do I need to use to clear that/those beliefs? Method scale

 

List Of Beliefs Commonly Found In The Root Chakra

1 – If they wanted me, they wouldn’t treat me this way

3 – If I depend on people, they might abandon or hurt me

5 – I am a mistake

7 – I am afraid

9 – I am not valuable

11 – Things will never work out for me

13 – I am unbalanced

15 – I am unimportant

17 – I am unwanted

19 – I am vulnerable

21 – I don’t belong (here)

23 – I’m struggling

25 – My body is not good / strong enough

27 – I can’t compete

29 – I’m in trouble

31 – I can’t move / I can’t move up / I can’t get out

33 – It’s not safe to be me

35 – I don’t deserve to live

37 – I don’t want to live

39 – I have to sacrifice myself

41 – I fear authority

43 – I can’t take care of myself

45 – I have to do like my father / mother

47 – I have to take / steal other’s power
