Where is your store located?
The store is located in Port Moody, British Columbia, Canada. Just at the outskirt of Vancouver. Our prices are listed in Canadian $, but you can pay in your own currency. The prices of our products in currencies other than CAN$ may fluctuate (up or down) from time-to-time based on the currency exchange rate at that time.
When will I be charged for my order?
You will be charged as soon as your card or PayPal / Square transaction is authorized and completes. If we can’t complete your order, we’ll refund all sums you have paid.
We charge a flat shipping rate of $12 for Canada and $18 for the USA for up to 450g of total purchase weight.
Order $75 or more and receive free shipping
We shipping your order within 2 days of receiving it.
Customers are responsible for any duty or handling fees (if applicable) upon delivery/pick up.
Return & Exchange Policy
Because of the sensitive energetic nature of the products, we have a no return and no exchange policy.
However, if any of your product arrives broken we will gladly send you a new one. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of the broken product and your order number. The email request must be received within 20 days of your purchase.
Please note that many stones have naturally incurring inclusions and cracks that are natural to their form, which would not be considered broken.
How safe is your website?
Our website complies with industry standards through SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. You’ll also see a padlock symbol in your browser’s address bar that shows that the website is secure. We do NOT store any payment details such as credit or debit card numbers on our systems, and all payment processing is provided in a secure environment.
Why are my products slightly different than the pictures?
Crystals and gemstones are formed naturally and their size, shape, color, and pattern varies. Please allow some variance from the picture and know that no two stones are ever alike. Many stones have naturally incurring inclusions and cracks that are natural to their form. We do our best to select the best ones from the lot since we understand that you cannot personally choose your gemstones.
