Root Chakra Limiting Beliefs Inquiry
Let’s explore the limiting beliefs in your conscious and/or subconscious mind. The handout provides you with a list of 50 limiting beliefs, however, you can use this process to verify any beliefs you suspect of holding at the conscious and/or subconscious level. When looking for beliefs, be clear with yourself that you are also searching for any variation or similar thought content of those beliefs.
Limiting Beliefs Inquiry
- To what degree on a 0 to 10 scale (with 10 meaning the completely and only factor and 0 meaning not a factor at all) are limiting beliefs negatively affecting the overall level of health and function of my Root Chakra?
- Do I hold any of the limiting beliefs listed in the Root Chakra handout or any variation of these beliefs? Yes-No scale
- If yes, ask which belief from the list. Then ask if there is another one until you have a list of all beliefs) 1-50 scale
- To what degree is that belief negatively affecting my life and overall well-being on a 0-10 scale with 10 being the worst? 0-10 scale scale
- How many layers of this belief am I holding? 1-50 scale
- Am I holding inherited layers of this belief? Yes-No scale. How many layers? 1-50 scale
- Which method do I need to use to clear that/those beliefs? Method scale
